The Board of Directors announced on June 5, 2015 that
Clearwater Christian College will close. The institution located in Clearwater, Florida was
founded in 1966. It had been accredited by the
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges since 1984. The Board cited declining enrollment, debt, and lack of other revenue sources as the primary factors influencing their decision.
