Regis College is Featured by The Boston Globe

Regis College is featured in The Boston Globe with an interesting article written by Steve Maas on April 26, 2015.  Maas focuses on the revival of the institution since 2001 when the financial situation was dire and closing looked like a real possibility.  A key message in the article is a sharp contrast with recent actions taken by the Sweet Briar College board, "While outsiders questioned whether Regis, with an endowment of just $32 million, could survive, its trustees, alumni, and staff committed to keeping the doors open."
Regis, located in Weston, MA,  was founded in 1927 by by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston to provide education to young women.  The institution has added graduate programs and began admitting males over the past decade.
