Karin Kapsidelis reported for the Richmond Times-Dispatch on March 3, 2015 covering the announcement that Sweet Briar College will close at the end of the academic year.
The announcement caught a lot of people both inside and outside the Sweet Briar College community by surprise. I find it fascinating that the web traffic apparently has swamped the Sweet Briar servers, as they've taken to Facebook and other social media to announce plans for conference calls this evening.
