Kimberly Houghton, Union Leader correspondent reports that Rivier College in Nashua, NH will become Rivier University on July 1, 2012. The New Hampshire Commissioner of Education approved the name change last week.
Rivier College was founded in 1933 in Hudson, NH and moved to the present location in Nashua in 1941.
