The Worcester Business Journal reported on April 17, 2019 that Assumption College will be changing its name to Assumption University.
Reporter Grant Welker interviewed president Francesco Cesareo for "Assumption president: plans go beyond reorganization, university name" and covers a variety of changes as the institution prepares to better serve students.
Assumption is located in Worcester, MA and enrolls just over 2,000 undergraduates.
