Saint Augustine's University in Raleigh, NC announced that it will not pursue a possible acquisition of Saint Paul's College in Lawrenceville, VA. Saint Paul's College was founded in 1888 and is one of three remaining historically black institutions that are supported by the Episcopal Church.
